Interesting timing for this to be the daily prompt.

This past week my partner and I have been binge watching Neil deGrasse Tyson’s “Cosmos” (best $20 I’ve ever spent btw). The truths revealed in space is a primary topic of discussion in our home.

We live in Los Angeles and enjoy going to Griffith, which we plan to do tonight. One day per month they host a star party where telescopes get set up on the lawn out front and you can look through them. My partner and I haven’t had a chance to go, until tonight. It’ll be the first time he’s ever looked out of a telescope and I’m crying just thinking about that. 

Space is so magnificent. We are made of star dust. I would pay all of my money to go to the moon. However much I have. It would be worth every penny to see that for myself.
